Rope Condition Assessment
Significant research and investment has gone into our equipment, which is why we proudly use superior quality magnetic rope testing devices. We are partnered with world leading German manufacturers and a global underground mining partner to develop a permanent monitoring solution with Advanced Data Analytics (AI).
Who conducts the rope condition assessment?

Statutory Break Testing
It has been more than 60 years since the first destructive testing was undertaken at the factory.
Since then, we are continuously improving our testing equipment and the techniques used to secure the ends of the ropes during testing (commonly referred to as “capping”).
We have two test beds. All results are directly uploaded to your online portal.
